Boston, Massachusetts Steve Boynton, on behalf of the LSPA Technical Practices Subcommittee, presented a discussion of the LSPAĆ¢s efforts to update and amend how LNAPL (Light Non-Aqueous Phase Liquid) is addressed, through a two-part report. Part 1 was issued in 2005. Part 2, the subject of his presentation, is expected to be released on the LSPA website next week.
